Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping for all orders of $100 CAD and above, shipped within Canada. For orders outside of Canada and/or below $100 CAD, shipping fees will be determined at checkout.

Please note that certain bulky or fragile items, such as books, vases, and blown glass objects, cannot be shipped and are therefore not eligible for delivery. You can choose the "in-store pickup" option for these items if you are shopping online.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased on our website and in-store. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@207ouest.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to return your item.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the total amount of the returned item, excluding the initial shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

We also offer the option to exchange an item within a 30-day period. Exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in perfect condition. Shipping costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to exchange an item for another of equal value, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@207ouest.com for further instructions.

Once we have received and inspected your return or exchange, we will refund the total amount of the returned item or credit your credit card used for the initial purchase. Initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. Please note that refunds will be issued using the original payment method provided by the customer.
